Online money transfers are a major problem in poker.
Have you lost your money from Moneybookers account or from another internet payment system? Numerous people have lost thousands from Moneybookers accounts and left without any compensation, the Moneybookers (changing name to Skrill) is blaiming viruses and phishing, but what about its own security? Is there failures, mistakes, flaws, frauds or scams involved in Moneybookers system? What you can do, if you suspect misuse with online money system such as Moneybookers?
Do you suspect hacking or robbing your Moneybookers account or other online money account?

UK law firm Leon Kaye is examining Moneybookers for possible failure in protecting Moneybookers accounts, "inadequate security measures to prevent unauthorised account access". US authorities have forbidden internet poker and money transactions for it.
On April 15th 2011 US FBI closed sites of Poker Stars, Abosolute Poker, and Full Tilt Poker. The law suit by US government may cost 3 billion dollars for the companies. Many gamblers are afraid of loosing their money, and payed professionals of the sites are looking for changes in Europe.

Leon Kaye Solicitors is investigating Full Till Poker for failures of paying to customers. The Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) revoked the license of Full Tilt and accused Full Tilt of misleading authorities over the amount of cash to hand. Full Tilt had been improperly crediting player accounts with so-called phantom funds after the company had been unable to collect funds from player bank accounts. The online poker site was described by a US federal prosecutor as a "global Ponzi scheme".
French Gruppe Bernard Tapie is going to buy Full Tilt, it has a deal with US Department of Justice for paying back to US customers. In Europe Gruppe Tapie is calling poker players having large sums of money on Full Tilt Accounts possible lower back payments, or delayed payments (risky when currencies are falling). European class action lawsuit against Full Tilt Poker may help to get full compensation, Leon Kaye Solicitors are investigating class action November 2011.

The UK law firm Leon Kaye is investigating Betfair for several potential failures. There might have been an unfair charging structure which could be considered to be misleading to users of Betfair for on line gambling. Betfair did not inform customers loosing 2.3 million customers' credit card info. These may have caused losses to investors not properly informed during the IPO or the floatation of Betfair in October 2010 for £13 share. Class action and a Claim for loss of shareholder value in conjunction with United States Lawyers is being considered.

Joukokanne on mahdollinen toimenpide, mikäli prosessi etenee.
