We are sorry about delays during posting,
it may take even minutes due to checking IP ban lists from public databases
and IPs obtained from previous spam.
We are working to improve this.

Due to computer problems ocaccassional problems to start a new topic has been noticed. You may submit to an existing topic including separate title in the beginning of the message and administratio will fix the problem.
